Jeff's grandpa Gingerich's funreal
Iris and Arthur's family and Phil and Sophie's came for an evening. Here the kids are having icepops and Ice cream
Our first fishing attempt this year. Cold.....
What a fun, busy day.
It started off this morning, Jeff and his brothers went out fishing early. They caught their limit and we fried them up with some eggs. Jenni and her boys and Elise and Scotty came too to join us for a 8 0clock breakfast! That was fun! Something unusual for us! Then the girls and I did some cleaning, took bathes. Then one of Jeff's old friends came over to bend some metal for his house project and they ended up visiting all day. The kids and i had our quiet/nap time, I did some laundry, then I snuck away to do a bit of shopping while the kids finished naps.
I finally took Trevor in again to the Dr. I was so thankful I got the on call DR, who was Dr Parker that day. He is an older Dr and he took me seriously. While we were in Indiana he threw up again lots, for no apparent reason. Then this week he has diarreha and is fussy.
So, he is sending Trevor for bloodwork, stool and urine tests to check for parasites etc. He ruled out ear infection, brain tumors, flu, he doesn't think it is food related or allergy. It is something with his digestive system, he mention IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) So, monday I take all the samples in, then Friday he goes for his bloodwork. Pray that Jesus would heal his little body.
I am now 29 weeks along. I'm slowing down a bit as I enter this third trimester. I'm looking forward to kicking up my feet and sitting on the beach this summer with the children. Maybe that is just a dream with Trevor, but it doesn't hurt to dream!! He is so quick!! But he loves playing by the water. So maybe I'll get a few moments to sit while he plays contently.
We got some new lights for the living room and dining room and halls while we were in the states. I'll have to take a picture to show you. They are rustic, they have deer antlers and it looks like wood and pinecones. We also bought doors for the bedrooms and bath upstairs. Jeff decided it wasn't worth waiting until he had time to make them. They are pine. Ivan Ramer is going to varnish them then we can have doors upstairs. Yeah!!!

Hi Wendy. It was so good to visit with you and see your house at this new stage. I'm so gald you got some help with Trevor from Dr Parker. I hope and pray all your questions will be answered and he will be healthy soon!!
Do you remember at church when we were talking about Trevor looking like Alabama and then I said maybe the new baby will look like Tia? I said how our first and last look alike and the ones in the middle look alike. I just thought about it now that I had totally forgotten all about Tia being adopted! Isn't that kinda cool? =)She's definitely your girl! =)
so great to hear from you and see the new pictures. we will keep trevor in our prayers...let us know what happens.
