We are starting to venture into the arts!  As much as I love them, I was a bit scared to start with my young ones.... such messes that it can make.  But, I choose to let them loose!  Can't become an artist, if you can't try the mediums!  Of course the one they wanted to try the most was painting.

So, I couldn't say no, because I love to paint too!  We had so much fun!  

We are going to start a course called Artistic Pursuit.
 I bought it through CBD, and then just discovered  it is now offered in the Sonlight Catalog!  And they even put a kit together with all the supplies you need to do the course! Awesome, I wish I would have known that!!  It is for K-3rd grade.  

I am really trying to decide whether we should switch this next year to the DVDs with Abeka.  Anyone with experience, I 'd love to hear your thoughts.  I was just thinking because I 'll be busy teaching Alabama to read this year and having two toddlers, it might be best for Tia to have a different "Teacher" .
