Monday morning and the kids are all home. Right now I am listening to them jabber back and forth, a little frustrating voices, yelling now and then - one is playing the recorder(fluteaphone) - Hot Crossed Buns - we were already outside, took care of the chickens and hoed in the garden - laundry is on the line and more is coming.....
Somewhere we will find the balance between work and play - and I pray this will be a summer to remember! I love having the kids home from school - even though we have our moments!

The girls have a day off today, so it feels like summer vacation too, but we still have 2 and 1/2 weeks left....
We pulled out the water guns today and the little pool.
